You see, we are completely against customer satisfaction. "Satisfaction" is such a grown-up word. We want you to be absolutely thrilled -- tickled, pumped, stoked, you name it -- with everything you purchase from us. If for any reason you're not, we proudly offer our almost world-famous "Boompa's 100% Guarantee." Either we'll replace it or give you your money back. Simple. That's how we like things around here. [ Payment Options ]

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal and check or money order. Use our secure online order form for fast and 100% safe and secure shopping.

A note about paying by check: During the checkout process, you will presented with the option to pay by check. Just print out your order and mail it to us with your check included. We'll ship out your items as soon as we receive your payment. Please note that there will be a $25.00 fee for any overdraft checks. Also, we cannot hold in-stock products for checks we are waiting on.

[ Return Policy ]

You may return merchandise for a refund or replacement. Just return the merchandise along with your name and address information, and the reason for your return to:

You may want to insure the package you send to us; we can't do much to help you if your return package gets lost, misdirected or stolen by kleptomaniacal gnomes. Once we receive your returned package, we will promptly send you your replacement items or refund your money. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, but we will happily pay the cost of shipping your newly exchanged items back to you. We take your privacy super seriously. We feel that your information is, frankly, your information. When you share your personal information (such as your email and mailing address) when placing an order with us, we won't give it or sell it to anyone else. Only stupid heads do that.

And when you use your credit card to shop at our online store, you can rest assured that your transaction is safe and secure. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Frequently Asked Questions

Will you ship orders to my state/country?

We ship practically anywhere, including Alaska, Hawaii, Australia, Poland, and even Iowa. Unfortunately, we do not presently deliver to areas outside the planet Earth. (We're working on it.)

Can I order by phone?

Sure! Just give us a call at 608-554-0803. Someone is usually available to take your call between 10:00 am and 5:30 pm CST. Be sure to have your payment information handy when you call.

What are your shipping rates?

We charge shipping based on the total price of the order. Your orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS. The shipping charges will automatically be tabulated when you place your order. A $1.00 handling fee is also included in the final shipping price.

We are also happy to offer our famous "25¢ Shipping," in which orders of $75 or more in the U.S. ship for just a quarter!

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS. Please call us 608-554-0803 if another shipping service is needed.

About how long will it take for my order to arrive?

We do our very best to send your items to you as quickly as possible. Please note that some items are printed on demand, some are shipped from the warehouse of our fulfilment partner, while others are fulfilled in-house. This means your order may be split into multiple shipments.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, so you can expect the delivery of your items to arrive within 7 days or less, unless otherwise noted on your order.

Please note that if you ordered an item from a One Chance Only Sale, it will take a bit longer for it to arrive. In these instances, we don't actually order the products from the manufacturer until after the sale has ended. When you factor in creation time and shipping, these items may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive after placing your order.

Do you accept really big orders?

We don't discriminate based on order size. We gladly accept all orders, large and small alike. In our book, an order of 20 items or more is considered to be a large order. You may need to allow extra delivery time on all orders of 20 items or more. If you happen to order more of a particular product than we currently have in stock, we'll promptly contact you to discuss the situation. Please note that we are not able to accept returns or provide refunds on special orders.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Probably, but it depends. Email us and we can chat.

When I checked out I got an error message. What do I do?

Punch your computer. Then threaten to take it back to the store or dropkick it into the river. If you received an error message during the checkout process, another option would be to check your e-mail to see if you received a confirmation e-mail. If you did, your order has been processed and received by our team. If not, or if you have any other problems with your experience, please feel free to contact us with a description of the problem and any error messages you received. We'll figure things out together. Do you offer wholesale prices to resellers?

Yes, we do offer wholesale prices on select merchandise. Send us an emailwith your inquiries.

We can accept some custom order requests. Certain restrictions may apply. Pleasesend us an emailwith your request, and we will let you know whether we can meet your particular needs.

Can I buy or commission any original artwork, or license artwork?

Jason's artwork has been used to help promote various events and organizations, and original works of art are currently enjoyed by a number of people. If you would be interested in commissioning any artwork by Jason Kotecki,contact the artist by email.

Are Peeps a yummy treat or a culinary disaster?

A remarkably unscientificpollconducted of Kim & Jason Nation in April 2009 determined that Peeps are indeed a yummy treat. But 46% of those polled considered them to be white hot garbage.
